Great location. Lovely building. Nice staff. But don’t stay in 306. I paid extra for a Lakeside view, which was quite lovely but the linen on the bed looked really frayed and dated the room is clean except when I got into the shower and try to pull up the drain in the whole thing came out in my hand along with the wad of other peoples human hair yuck

Can't cancel reservations online; can't cancel with cancel link in confirmation email; can't cancel with automated phone call (update: which is only choice when calling this hotel). After going through several brief holds, transfers, automated questions, I started over with an actual person whom seems to ask about every detail she could. She kept getting off track about things like rewards accounts, as I kept reminding her why I called. After I told her I'm writing a Google review because this shouldn't be so hard for her, she said she can override something and sent a cancellation confirmation email.

Had a great stay here, centrally located Lake Champlain and downtown Burlington! Great Roos, nice Resturaunt, laundry facilities, indoor swimming pool that the kids thoroughly enjoyed.

Great location. Pricey without a corporate discount. Free bikes were super nice and loved biking around the downtown and up and down the coast.
